2.Support for the Cirrus Sr2X series of planes / Engine display / engine leaning / ROP / LOP
3.Support for Navigation Databases –
Thank you!
Great Product!
hi what way can I turn the ipad in the bezel on without I removing it from the bezel ?
We designed the bezel to cut off the charging power to the iPad when pressing ‘NoseUP’ and ‘NoseDN’ buttons at the same time so the iPad will wake up without the need to press any buttons on the iPad. Please refer to the user manual for the details.
ok thanks I will surly look it up
hello guys, im getting extreme lag on my MFD the only thing I did was updating the pads to the latest IOS, any idea?
Hi Camilo, updating iOS shouldn’t leads to program lag. In which part are you getting the lag? What’s the configuration of your iPad and what iOS are you running?
Hello, i have an IPAD AIR 2 running IOS 13.5, im getting the lag on the MFD, the PFD is running normally, when i reset my wifi it gets better but after 5 minutes starts lagging again…
Well, that’s a bit strange…
Hi Camilo – I also have the Air2 for my MFD. Both of my iPads have just been updated to iOS13.5 and I have not yet experienced any unusual behavior. Both iPads seem normal. When interacting with any button or encoder, the MFD responds same as before I updated to iOS13.5 I am using X-Plane 11.50b9 I am using the 2.4GHz wifi connection.
I just got my G1000 combo! Awesome! Everything is like the real G1000 perfect tool for training! The only thing that i would ask for is more planes, it would be awesome using the system with all the planes available around with g1000 system…. any idea how long is going to take to get that update guys? Thank you for fast shipping again…
Thanks Camilo. There will be a configuration page in the next update where you can customize the engine gauges. That should make it work with most of the aircrafts.
Any idea when is this update coming?
I’m trying to make it happen before July.
Awesome! Also will be nice to have the flap and trim indication in the MFD as the new G1000
Is this still on track to happen?
Sorry, but what do you mean exactly? We are currently operating normally.
Received my G1000 suite. Love it. When will I be able to order the switch panel and back up round dial gauges ?
We have just revised our design of the circuit boards for the switch panel and standby gauges to apply some optimization. We are expecting they will be in stock sometime before the end of next month. Sorry for the delay.
Any news on the full panel (ETA, pricing)? I’d love to order one as soon as possible.
Thanks for asking. So far we have no plan to mass produce the full panel yet. We may make it by order if you want one. Please contact me at lichenpo@hotmail.com.
I would like to commend you on an excellent product. It works well with Prepar3d and has greatly enhanced my flight training. I would love to see a similar product for the Garmin G3X Touch.
As soon the Ipad awakes (and with that the Bezel Hardware), the Ipads do not longer charge. Its saying “not charging”. Does anybody have the expirience?
iOS is picky on the charging current. Since the bezel takes a little part of the current, the charging current through iPad will be a little lower than normal. Sometimes it shows “not charging” on the top of the screen. Changing either the charging cable or the USB power cable of the bezel might solve the problem. However, as long as it says “not charging” it’s actually charging only with a little lower current. This is considered to be fine.
Question: I like to set up PFD/MFD combo on X-Plane running Windows. Downloaded G1000BridgeX 64bit in map X-plane/resources/plugins, MS visual basic installed. Result is that the MFD is properly connected to PFD. PFD message: is waiting for connection and that never happens. Doe. the bridge need to be “unpacked”? Is there a Port on the PC that is unwilling? Any clues?
THANKS
Han
It needs runtime library for Visual C++, no Visual Basic. The download link of the setup file can be found on our download page. The plugin need to be placed into the placed under the plugin(Resources/Plugins) folder of the X-Plane. And please make sure you have unzipped it if it’s zipped. The extension of the file name should be .xpl. The bridge uses UDP port 15683. Please make sure you add an exception for it in the firewall.
